The Cell Gap Inspection Systems (RETS series) support conventional transmissive and semi-transmissive TFT and STN cells, the new VA and IPS operational modes, ferroelectric liquid-crystal cells, and reflection TFT and STN cells. Models can be selected according to specific purposes and uses, from research and development to quality control.

Supports a wide range of functions other than gap inspection for use as an integrated performance evaluation system. Available functions include retardation (Re) wavelength dispersion measurement for LCD panels and LCD materials, polarization analysis including ellipticity and azimuthal angle, detection of optical axis, and measurement of color, transmission, and reflection spectra.
