Performs lifetime measurement of EL panels by measuring diverse properties (luminance, chromaticity, current, and voltage) while the EL panel is lit for a long period under a constant temperature of up to 85°C.

Supports simultaneous measurement of up to 100 samples with individually set measurement conditions

 Supports measurement in independent lighting environments (measuring temperature, applied current, and applied voltage). Also supports accelerated tests, as the measurement temperature may be set to 85°C at the maximum.

The measurement unit has a built-in photosensor, which can measure luminance and chromaticity individually for each sample. As it operates alone, this measurement may be started or finished or the sample panel may be replaced while other blocks are still measuring other samples.

Simultaneous measurement of up to 100 samples is possible by extending the number of units using this option.

Supports extended measurement periods. Supports analysis by commercially available third-party software.
