Synchronizes with the line control signals in the LED production line, measures the LED optical properties on-line at high speed, and transmits the measurement data.
The 32-bit TTL parallel line transmits the required data at high speed and supports high-speed measurement with a tact time of approximately 50 msec.
Provides flexible measuring system arrangement based on optical fibers. Provides the information necessary for quality control such as NG judgments and classification by rating.
