We divide our products into two categories: LCD and spectroscopy equipment on the one hand, and medical and analytical equipment on the other hand. In this manner, we benefit from the optimal development, production, and sales systems for each of these two categories. We always keep the fact that customer satisfaction improvement is the foundation of company development firmly in mind and conduct our business by integrating the development, production, and sales division for each product. To assure the quality of our products, we also hold ISO9001 certification (and ISO13485 certification for medical equipment) and develop the internal system.

We offer a line of products mainly for the optical evaluation and inspection of flat-panel displays (FPDs) and FPD materials. Based on our MCPD spectrophotometer series with its reputation for high speed, high precision, and high reliability we aim to establish world-standard systems through our response to each customer's detailed needs. In association with the expansion of FPD development and production sites in Asia, we have founded affiliated companies in Korea and Taiwan and provide the same technologies and services as in Japan. We will continue our efforts in collaboration with our customers to develop new applications of ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared, and infrared spectroscopy.

In collaboration with our parent company, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Co. Ltd., and other reagent manufacturers, we provide various types of medical equipment and clinical examination equipment. We have manufacturing facilities featuring the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate granted by The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare . We will integrate the Medical Equipment Group which develops, produces, and sells equipment that contributes to people's health and the Analytical Equipment Group, which has been handling particle-size, molecular-weight, zeta-potential, and capillary-electrophoresis systems based on light-scattering technology. Our aim is to continue to develop, produce, and sell better and better equipment.

The Customer Service Division is in charge of maintenance services for the products currently in use. We are responsible for phases from product installation through instruction of product operation. To allow our customers to use our products under the best conditions, we also provide contracts for maintenance. Please be sure to take advantage of these services. In case of failure, we always devote our utmost efforts to fast and reliable repair.
